So after all jQuery changed their site’s look and feel. Earlier it was kind of geek interface and somewhat boring. The new look is much professional.

At the day of the new look launch, there was a tag-line saying “Become a Javascript Rock Star” with a cartoon. But community users seemed to have disliked it heavily and after more and more negative comments about that rock star thing, it was removed. I personally kinda like it anyway . Here’s how was it initially

Didn’t last even 2 days!

When I saw the site’s look of jQuery UI one day like this.

I surely had thoughts in my mind that the official jQuery site is going to change very soon. And it happened. The logo is changed too. These both site look modern. Although I find some people making complaints about the dark interface for the official site, I think it’s good to have a dark interface where people need to read texts or text type materials. Dark background emits less light and therefore you can stay readying things for longer comfortably.

Anyways, long live jQuery.
